2 cups spiral pasta (cooked and drained)
1 packet Italian dressing mix (dry)
1/2 cup carrots, shredded or sliced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese cubes
1/2 cup pepper jack cheese cubes
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced
1/2 cup salami, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil (for dressing)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar (for dressing)
1/4 cup water (for dressing)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Cook the spiral pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.

Prepare the Dressing:
In a small bowl, combine the dry Italian dressing mix with the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and water. Whisk well until the dressing is fully mixed.

Combine the Salad Ingredients:
In a large bowl, add the cooked pasta, shredded or sliced carrots, black olives, cheddar cheese cubes, pepper jack cheese cubes, chopped celery, pepperoni slices, and salami slices.

Toss with Dressing:
Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta and toss everything together to coat the ingredients evenly.

Chill and Serve:
For best flavor, cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled as a delicious side dish or light main course.
