Bacon Sweet Potatoes Recipe

4-5 sweet potatoes
5-6 pieces bacon, fried
1/2 C butter, clarified
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2-4 T brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Peel 4-5 sweet potatoes. Cut into chunks or small slices. Steam over a pot over hot water. Fry bacon until crisp and break into pieces. Put sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet (with a 1 inch side). Pour butter over potatoes and sprinkle with brown sugar, bacon and nutmeg.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
