2 cans (15.25 ounces each) drained whole kernel corn
1 can (15 ounces black beans, rinsed, drained
½ cup mayonnaise
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 large jalapeno
8 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
1 medium diced red onion
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
chopped or sliced green onion

In a large bowl combine corn, beans, mayo, cream cheese, cheeses, jalapenos, bacon, onion, salt and pepper

you can serve cold or heat up....if you heat up

if you prefer, put in a baking dish, heat up the dip in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350º F. You could even put the dip under the broil in the final 2 minutes for a golden, bubbly top.

Allow the dish to cook before serving

Crackers
Fresh Vegetables
Baguette
Pita Bread
