4 cans whole tomatoes
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup milk milk
¼-½cup sugar
2 tbs clear gel
1 tbs minced garlic
⅛ tsp rosemary
⅛ tsp thyme
¼ tsp basil
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1) With your hands begin to crush up the tomatoes and add the milks.
2) With an emerson blender, begin blending the tomatoes and milks together until mostly smooth.
3) Mix clear gel with a small amount of water and add to tomato mixture. Turn heat to medium, add the herbs & spices and heat throughly for 30-40 mins until thickened.
4)Do one more final emulsion blend to make smooth and adjust spices to taste.
