2 cups all purpose flour
1 T cornstarch
½ salt
½ baking soda
1 t baking powder
⅓ cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
¼ cup sour creme
1 t vanilla
½ cup water
1 T apple cider vinegar
1 t lemon zest
2 cups red seedless grapes
¼ cup powdered sugar

Directions:

In a bowl whisk flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. In another bowl
mix olive oil, sugar, sour creme, vanilla, water, vinegar, and lemon zest. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.

Reserve 10 grapes; fold the rest of the grapes into batter. Pour the batter into pan arrange the reserved grapes on top.

Bake 40 to 45 min. Dust with powered sugar and serve. Make 8 slices.
