10 large jalapenos, halved and seeded
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
oil for frying
ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Spoon the mixture into the jalapeno haves, then press the haves back together to form a whole jalapeno. Roll each jalapeno in breadcrumbs to coat. Heat oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350º. Fry the jalapenos in batches until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing. These bombs are bursting with spicy, cheesy deliciousness.
