6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (precook)
6 Carrots (sliced lengthwise, parboiled)
6 small potatoes (cut lengthwise, parboiled)
1 small onion (cut into six slices)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 Tbsp. of butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, carrots, potatoes, onion slices, soups and butter on six squares of heavy-duty aluminum foil, dull side out. Burry pockets in hot coals. Cook 30 minutes turning once or twice until potatoes are tender.
