1.5 lbs of bacon
6 cups chicken (1 rotisserie chicken)
5-6 jalapenos
2 T garlic
1 block of cream cheese
6 cups chicken stock
2 cups half & half
2 T corn starch
4 T water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and brown bacon, then remove from the pan. Drain all but about 1 T of bacon grease. Sauté jalapenos until soft. (about 10 min.) Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes. Add stock, half & half, and cream cheese. Simmer until the cream cheese is melted through. Add chicken and slurry. (Mix water and cornstarch to make a slurry.) Simmer until thickened. Serve and top with cheese.
