Bake potatoes: 425º for 40-60 minutes
350º for 70-80 minutes

Cut bake potatoes lengthwise, scoop out potatoes from skin shell. Mash the potatoes with butter, small amount of milk, and salt &pepper. Add cheese to mixture, half slice American per potato. Place back in shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425º for 20 minutes till browned.
