2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 tsp. salt
5 oz. Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
8 oz. Sour cream
½ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all the ingredients. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
A topping of 2 cups crushed corn flakes and ¼ cup melted butter may be added. You will bake the hashbrowns for 30 minutes, then sprinkle this on top and return to oven for 15 minutes.
