Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 C turkey fat from roasting
1/2 C flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
3-4 C chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Pour off all but 1/2 cup fat in roasting pan. Using a wire whisk, add flour and seasonings and brown for about 2 minutes stirring frequently. Stirring constantly, slowly add hot chicken broth and cook over low heat. (continue on next page)

Add more broth to get the right consistency for the gravy. For richer gravy, you can stir in 1 can of cream of chicken soup. This is where you want to buy a good chicken broth/stock for a really rich flavor.

NOTE:
Knorr has a wonderful pack of turkey gravy. I have used it many times!
