8 Bundles of Collard Greens
1 Smoked Turkey Leg or Country Bacon
3 12oz cans of Chicken broth
2 cans of water
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare greens by washing in sink full of water
Rip leaves from greens stem by hand (discard center stem)
Completely rip greens individual until all leaves are submerge in water
In a large Dutch pot cover turkey leg with chicken broth
Heat pot until hot on high with turkey leg
Turn pot down to low heat and cover with top and cook turkey for 45 mins
Add collard greens and cook for 1 hour on low heat stirring every 30 mins
Add 2 cans of water, Tbsp salt, 1 Tbsp pepper, 1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes, 1 Tbsp sugar
Cook for another hour until greens are fork tender to taste
