1 lb ground beef, 80/20
½ cup plain breadcrumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup milk
1 large egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp granulated garlic
¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl add in the ground beef, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg, milk, and seasonings. Pour the liquid into the bowl with the meat, slowly combining and being careful to not over work the mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425º F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a scoop to form evenly sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.

Makes 12-16 meatballs.
