2 cups Bisquick
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla, orange, or lemon extract
Loaf of white bread, cut into 6 or 9 pieces
Sugar
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick, egg, mil, and extract. Dip bread squares into batter. Fry in 350º oil. Turn once. Drain and roll in sugar. Repeat with each slice.
