Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions, chops tops and bottoms
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 cup uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
1 cup water
1 can Campbell's Beef Consome Soup
1 4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)
pinch salt
pinch thyme
pinch sweet basil
pinch parsley flakes

Directions:

Saute butter, onions and garlic in electric fry pan.

Add rice, water soup, mushrooms and seasonings.

Mix and cover at boil for 30-45 minutes. Do not cook too fast but all juices should be absorbed.
