Ingredients: 4 Smoked Turkey Tails 2 whole cloves of garlic 3 whole onions Crushed red pepper flakes 1 bag of collard greens 1 bag of kale McKormick season-all 3-4 Ghost peppers

Directions: |
Directions:Fill your crock pot with water and Turkey tails w/ your onions, garlic, peppers and seasonings. Let cook on high until your tails are falling apart. Break tails down and remove skin and bones. Add more water for the greens. (wash your greens thoroughly and cut to preferred size). Add them to your crock pot. Keeping your pot on high cook down to preferred texture stirring occasionally. Once desired texture is done turn down on low until ready to ENJOY!!!!! |
