1-1 1/2 lbs. spaghetti, in 2 in. pieces
2 cups cooked chicken (or turkey)
1/4 cup diced pimiento
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped small onion
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chicken broth (or leftover gravy)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Cook spaghetti, drain.

Put chicken, pimiento, green pepper, onion in 2 qt. casserole. Pour soup and broth on chicken mixture.

Add salt, pepper, half of cheese, and spaghetti.

Lightly toss until mixed.

Top with remaining cheese.

Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

(Freezes well, great leftovers.)
