1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.

Directions:

in a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, and toss to coat the shrimp evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers or place them directly in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don't fall through the grates.

Cook the shrimp for 7-8 minutes, or until they are no longer translucent and have reached an internal temperature of 145°F.
