2 lbs. stewing beef cut in cubes
¼ cup oil
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1½ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1 - 10 oz. can beef broth or 2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 1½ cups hot water
1 bay leaf
Carrots
Potatoes
Cabbage
½ cup celery (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef on all sides in hot oil in large skillet. Transfer beef to baking pan and add remaining ingredients. Bake until done.
