1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (Oreos or chocolate graham crackers)
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Green food coloring
1/3 cup white chocolate, melted

For Garnish (Optional):
Whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
Crushed mint candies

Make the Crust: Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and peppermint extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
Create the Swirl Effect: Divide the filling into two bowls. Tint one portion with green food coloring.
Spoon dollops of both the green and white mixtures onto the crust. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl them together for a marbled effect.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top for extra swirl.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or crushed mint candies.
