1 lbs lean ground beef
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
3 sweet onions
2 green peppers
2 jalapenos diced (optional)
2 16 oz cans tomato sauce
2 14 oz cans Rotel
2 14 oz cans kidney beans
2 14 oz cans black beans

Spices
1 tbsp cumin
4 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Minced garlic to taste

Directions:

1. Brown ground beef and drain water
2. Brown sausage and remove (keep the grease)
3. Brown chopped onion, green pepper, jalapeno mix in sausage grease
4. Add meat back to pot. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Drain all liquid off the beans and add beans.
5. Thoroughly mix all ingredients and get warm before adding seasoning
6. Add 1/2 can to a can of water depending on how thick you want it (use bean can)
7. Add minced garlic as desired.
8. Add all spiced to a bowl and mix together.
9. Add spiced to chili, mix for 5 minutes
10. Let chil simmer for 1.5 hours. Stir often and taste to add seasoning if needed (cumin or chili powder)
