3/4 cup V8 juice
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup fine chopped onion
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 tsp Lawry’s seasoned salt
1/4 tsp pepper

1 3/4 pounds lean ground beef
1/4 pound bfast sausage

Heat oven to 350

Combine all ingredients except meat, mix well

Add sausage next and mix it well with above

Add ground beef last and mix well


Put in loaf pan, cover with ketchup and top with green pepper and onion slices

Bake 1 hour and let stand 5 minutes before slicing
