2 cups sugar
½ cup milk
½ cup corn syrup
4 tbs butter
1 cup cream
1 tsp vanilla

Cook all ingredients except vanilla to Stiff Ball stage (246º) on candy thermometer. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir well and pour into a buttered 9X9 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares. Wrap in waxed paper to keep.
