2 quarts filtered water, divided in half
4 family size tea bags (I used decaf)
3/4 C sugar
12 ounce can frozen OJ concentrate, thawed
12 ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
24-48 ounces pineapple juice, to taste
5 slices fresh orange for garnish
5 slices fresh lemon for garnish

Measure a quart of filtered water into a medium saucepan. Heat water to near boiling. Add the tea bags to the near-boiling water. Cover and remove from heat. Steep tea for 15 minutes. Remove tea bags and add the sugar to the warm tea water. Stir to dissolve the sugar, then add the remaining quart of filtered water.

In a gallon pitcher, add the brewed sweet tea and the thawed OJ and lemonade concentrate. Stir gently until well blended, then add the pineapple juice. Stir the pineapple juice into the tea mixture. Taste the tea, adding more pineapple juice and/or water if needed. Refrigerate unused tea, and stir before serving.
