1¼ cups warm water
1½ tbsp active dry yeast
3 tbsp olive oil ( i used garlic infused)
½ tsp salt
1tsp sugar
3½ cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
1) Activate yeast by mixing the yeast and the warm water. Allow mixture to sit 3-5 minutes. Grease a large bowl with olive oil and set aside.
2) Mix salt, sugar into flour in a large bowl and create a well in the entree flour. Pour activated yeast into well and begin combining flour by pulling it into the yeast mixture until flour has become incorporated.
3)Turn dough out onto non porous surface and begin kneading until the surface of the dough is smooth and firm 12 to 15 minutes
4) Place the knea ded dough into a bowl prepared with olive oil and give it a toss so the dough is lightly coated with olive oil all over. Cover with a plastic wrap or a tea towel and allow the dough to rise for five hours.
5) Once the dough has risen, turned the dough out onto a non-porous surface and punch it down to press out the air bubbles
6) Divide the dough into two pieces and allow it to rest for about 10 minutes.If baking
immediately now would be a good time to preheat the oven to 450. Otherwise you can wrap the dough in plastic and freeze for later use
