1 large white onion chopped fine
3 cloves of garlic minced fine
1 large bag of prepped greens (washed well)
Chicken stock (enough to cover the greens)
Smoked turkey leg (meat shredded, but keep the bone)
Slap yo mama (season with your heart)
1 TSP Sugar

Prep your Onions and heat your oil in a large pot. Add onions and cook them until they are clear. Add the reminder of your ingredients and cover pot and cook for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Taste them and add more seasoning if needed. Don't forget the sugar.
