2 lbs baby carrots
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:

Wash the carrots, Add them to a sauce pan and cover with water completely. 


Cover and bring to a boil, turn heat down, allow to simmer for about 30 minutes until carrots are just getting tender. 


Remove half of the pan water carefully. Add in brown sugar, butter, and salt and stir together. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until carrots are fork tender.
