1 1/2 c rice
2 1/2 c chicken broth
1 TB olive oil
2 tsp Louisiana hot sauce (like Frank's)
1/2 tsp salt
1-4 TB celery, minced
1-2 TB onion, minced
1-4 TB red or yellow bell pepper, minced
1 LG clove garlic, minced
4 TB spicy sausage
4 TB cooked red beans

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the rice, drain, add chicken broth. In bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients. ( If the sausage is cooked, mince it. If the sausage is raw, break it up into little chunks.) Sprinkle evenly on top of rice. Cook in rice cooker on "mixed rice" setting.
