1 head green cabbage
1/3 c. olive oil
1/3 c. pure maple syrup
1 Tb. Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove outer leaves of cabbage. Core and slice from top to bottom in 1” thick rounds. Place in a single layer on baking sheet.

In small bowl, make glaze. Stir well.

With a pastry brush, coat both sides of cabbage slices with glaze. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake uncovered until lightly browned and glazed, about 40-45 minutes.

Serve hot or at room temperature.
