2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Whisk all ingredients together and, if not using immediately, store in an air-tight container for up to 6 months.

Three tablespoons of this seasoning mixture is equal to one package of commercial taco seasoning mix.
