Mix together:
1 pint stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushrooms with juice
1 cup tomato juice (or beef or chicken bouillon)

Brown 1 - 1½ pound hamburger. Season with Lowry seasoning and Mrs. Dash.

Put in roaster:
3 cups diced potatoes
2 cups diced carrots
1 medium onion diced
2 stalks of celery cut up
1/3 cup uncooked rice

Put hamburger over veggies & pour tomato mixture over all. Mix together, cover, and put in a 350º oven for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 300º and bake 40 minutes. Stir about two times, checking the veggies for tenderness. If too dry, add a little water or tomato juice.
