1 lb skinned Haddock filet
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed into crumbs
Lemon wedges for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350*
Wash and pat dry the haddock filet. Salt & pepper to taste. Pam a glass baking dish and place the haddock filet (whole or in two pieces) into the baking dish. Sprinkle and cover the haddock filet(s) with the crackers. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Serve with broccoli or green beans.
