1 pound lean ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
4 cups beef stock
1-2 bay leaves
26 ounces of favorite spaghetti sauce (we only use Rao's)
14 ounces diced tomatoes
4 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups whole wheat elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and onion to skillet. Cook until no longer pink. Add in garlic and cook for a minute more.
2. Add salt, pepper and oregano to the beef and stir to combine.
3. Pour in beef stock, spaghetti sauce, and diced tomatoes, and bay leaves then bring the soup to a simmer.
4. Whisk in the cream cheese until it is completely mixed in.
5. Pour in pasta, stir and let cook for another 10 minutes until pasta is tender.
