6 Eggs
3 1/2 cups Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
Whole milk (no more than 2 cups)
2 cans Pet Milk
1 pint Whipping Cream
1 Tbls Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs
Add sugar and salt, mix together
Mix in whipping cream, Pet milk and vanilla

After all has been mixed together, put in container, add whole milk to fill (no more than 2 cups).

Place paddle in freezer, cover with lid, assemble motor or hand crank, turn on freezer and freeze

Chocolate:
2 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa
Dash of Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/8th cup Hot Water

Mix all well with spoon except for the Vanilla and cook on medium heat until it starts to boil, lower flame and cook an additional 5 minutes

Remove from flame and stir in Vanilla. Place lid in pan and let cool, stirring occasionally.
