Fresh Sweet Potatoes

Fresh sweet potatoes
Light Kayro syrup
Butter
Brown sugar
Marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chunk potatoes
Add Kayro, butter slices and sprinkled brown sugar.
Cover with foil and set aside either overnight or at least an hour.

Uncover and add a little more brown sugar (if needed/want)

Cover with foil and place in 325º oven
Cook slow (approximately 1 hour)

When potatoes are soft, uncover, add marshmallows and melt until golden brown

Do not have exact measurements, all depends on how big of a pan and number/size of potatoes. Will update next time I cook them.
