1 block Velveeta cheese
1 lb. breakfast sausage
1 can Rotel (original)
Directions:
Directions:
Fry sausage in pan and drain.
Cut Velveeta block into small chunks and add to sausage.
Cook over medium heat until cheese is all melted.
Add Rotel and heat through.

You can also put the cooked sausage, Velveeta, and Rotel into a crock pot on low for a few hours.
