2 cups flour
1 cup hot water, divided
1 tsp yeast
1 T sugar
1 tsp salt

For topping: herbs, kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Proof 1 tsp yeast with sugar and 1/2 cup hot water. After 10 minutes, combine yeast mixture with flour, salt, and remaining 1/2 cup hot water. Mix dough into a ball. Cover and let rest for 1 hour until dough has doubled.

Place dough in oil-coated pan and flatten dough into rectangle. Dimple dough with fingers. Top with herbs and kosher salt. Rest for another hour.

Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
