1/2 Cup Eggplant, sliced
1/2 Cup Zucchini, sliced
1/4 Cup Tomato, diced
1/4 Cup Avocado, sliced
1 Tbsp Hummus
1 Whole Wheat Wrap

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to med-high heat. Brush eggplant and zucchini with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-7 minutes, flipping once, until they are tender and lightly charred.
Spread hummus on wrap and add on grilled veggies, tomato and avocado. Roll up and serve.
