4 Oz Shrimp Skewers
1 Cup Quinoa, cooked
1 Cup Green Beans
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil and lemon juice together and brush onto shrimp skewers. Grill shrimp at 400º for 5 minutes per side until done, basting with oil/juice mixture.
Steam green beans until tender.
Serve quinoa with green beans and shrimp.
