4 Oz Salmon
Salt & Pepper and Herbs, to Taste
Olive Oil
1 Cup Asparagus
1/2 Cup Quinoa, cooked
Olive Oil
Vinegar to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to med-high heat.
Wash and trim the asparagus. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in a double layered square of aluminum foil and fold to seal. Set Aside.
Season salmon wih salt and pepper and any desired seasonings. Brush with olive oil.
Place asparagus on the grill along side the salmon, skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Flip the aspargaus and flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until salmon temp is 145º. Remove from grill.
Serve with the cooked quinoa.
