2 t. butter or margarine - softened
1 lb. fish fillets ( sole, cod, perch, or turbot)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 t. celery salt
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 T. grated parmesan cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the butter or margarine on the bottom of a baking dish that is just large enough to hold the fillets in one layer. Spread sour cream over the fish. Sprinkle with celery salt, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes ( The fish should flake easily with a fork)
