1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
2 T Sharp Cheddar cheese, reduced fat
1 Whole wheat tortilla, medium
1/2 t Hot pepper sauce, to taste
1 T Milk, low fat

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a microwave safe bowl; microwave on high until just set, stopping microwave and stirring after 45 seconds, about 1 1/2 minutes total, or cook in a skillet on stove. Sprinkle cheese over tortilla and top with eggs; drizzle with hot sauce, roll up tortilla and serve.
