1 1/2 c Heart Smart Bisquick
2 1/2 c Skim milk, divided
1/4 c all purpose flour
6 Jimmy Dean fully cooked turkey sausage links
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.
Add Bisquick and 1/2 c skim milk to a mixing bowl and stir together until dough forms. Break into 4 pieces and add to an ungreased baking sheet, or you can roll out and use a circle cutout to make biscuits.
Place biscuits in the oven 7 - 9 minutes, until golden brown.
Add the flour to a medium sauce pan and slowly whisk in 2 c of skim milk. Make sure the flour does not clump together.
Bring to a low simmer while whisking.
Cut the sausage into small pieces, then add it to the gravy mixture. Also add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Bring gravy to a low simmer and stir occasionally. Cook for 10 minutes.
