5 Eggs
1 Tube Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
4 oz. Cooked ham, cut into 8 pieces, can use Canadian Bacon
4 slices Sargento ultra thin cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl, reserving 2 T to brush on the crescent rolls.
Scramble and cook the rest of the eggs.
Unroll the dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Add a slice of ham to the wide part of each triangle, then place one piece of cheese on the ham. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs. Carefully roll up the crescent dough starting at the wide end.
Add a splash of water to the reserved egg and brush it onto the crescent rolls.
Bake for 14 - 17 minutes or until golden brown.
