3 Tbs. Vegetable Oil
1/4 C. Sugar (try brown)
1 large Egg Yolk
1/2 t. Vanilla
3 Tbs. Sour Cream
1/2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt
3 Tbs. Flour
2 Tbs. Dutch Process Cocoa
3 Tbs. Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together the oil and sugar in a 14oz. Ceramic Mug. Using a fork, stir in the egg yolk and the vanilla, then the sour cream. Stir in the baking powder and salt, then the flour and cocoa powder.

Add in the chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. The brownie will rise above the mug and the top will be glossy and set, not wet. Let it cool briefly, the center will be molten and soft.

Top with Vanilla Ice Cream.
