1 envelope Italian seasons dressing mix
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs oil
2 Tbs soy sauce
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl, except chicken Pour over chicken, cover and marinate for 1 hour or overnight. (I use a zip lock baggie) Grill or bake in oven at 400º for 30 minutes.
