1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
3/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
3 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c whole milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil or liquid coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, blend the milk, eggs, vanilla, and oil.
Whisk together the dry and wet ingredients, just until there are no pockets of flour left.
Let the batter rest while you heat up a large frying pan or griddle.
Grease the heated griddle (cooking spray or vegetable oil).
Pour the batter onto the heated and greased griddle and flip once when there are bubbles all over the surface of the batter.
Press down gently on pancake, if it bounces back rather than staying indented, it is done and can be removed from the griddle.
Serve warm.
