Personal Notes:
Late at night, when the baby sounds the cravings alarm, sometimes all I want is something healthy yet filling—especially after indulging in heavy meals throughout the day. That's when a smoothie does the trick. It's quick, nutritious, and satisfies those late-night cravings without weighing me down. A perfect blend of fruits and goodness, just what I need to keep things light and balanced!
