- 1 bag of Nacho Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded chicken or ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheese (more if desired)
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine crushed Doritos and shredded chicken or ground beef.
3. Add shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, and sour cream. Mix well.
4. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
6. Let cool slightly before serving.
