4 cups heavy whipping cream
2 small boxes white chocolate instant pudding
2/3 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

1. For best results, make sure the bowl is very cold. Place in freezer if possible.
2. Add whipping cream to the cold bowl.
3. Using mixer (whisk attachment), whip for a few minutes until soft peaks form.
4. Add powdered sugar. Continue to mix on high.
5. Just before stiff peaks form, add white chocolate pudding mix. Lower to a slower speed and until to mix until combined.
6. Watch the frosting carefully as it sets up quickly after adding pudding mix.
7. Scrap sides of bowl to make sure nothing is stuck to the bottom.
8. If it gets too thick, add a little milk (1 tsp. at the time).
